About the Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer requests via multiple channels, update CRM systems, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate effectively with team members and management. You will also promote customer retention and loyalty, maintain professional empathetic relationships, provide feedback on emerging issues, and identify improvement areas proactively.

Your Qualifications:
- Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and good level of English (B2)
- Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service
- Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
- Are able to understand policies, procedures, and warranties and are familiar with market geography
- Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills
