About the Role

This Sales Analyst and Support Specialist position requires a skilled professional to coordinate and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate records, ensure document alignment, and engage with the sales team to address escalations.
  2. Product Registration: Coordinate product listings, fill templates, consolidate documents, and liaise with stakeholders.
  3. Data Management: Update customer master and vendor information, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  4. Sales Incentives: Prepare and track sales incentives plans, collaborating with agencies and customers.
  5. Evaluation: Assess initiatives using pre-post evaluation templates.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with AI-powered tools.
  • Business process automation and Power Automate app knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
