Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager Specialist to join our team at Uber for Business in Portugal. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage prospect clients, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships.
- Manage client ramp-ups proactively, leading smooth onboarding experiences for new and high-growth clients.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to ensure full adoption of our solutions.
- Address and resolve client challenges using Uber's innovative solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or onboarding.
- A proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and business-level English.
- An adaptable attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including a food allowance (7.63€/day). You will work as a hybrid employee, with 2 days per week in home-office and 3 days in our office in Lisbon, attending client meetings when necessary.
