We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth while achieving sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and help them achieve their objectives.
- Planning actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
- Researching industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
- Understanding local specifics to better tailor offers for local advertisers.
- Providing personalized recommendations based on clients' needs.
- Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
- Using various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.
Employer Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in German (at least C1 level).
- Communicative English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
- You live in Lisbon or are willing to relocate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
