Business Development Specialist

Hito Solutions is an innovative company at the forefront of technology, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in telecommunications. We seek a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic business development.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of proven professional experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new customer segments to drive revenue growth
- Manage leads directly or through local partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare sales proposals, project specifications, and tender submissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering strategic advice and fostering loyalty
- Travel occasionally across Europe to meet with clients and partners, strengthening business relationships
