The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in Adtech or media, with a strong track record of exceeding targets. A proven ability to negotiate high-value deals over $20,000 is essential, as well as familiarity with media advertising or sponsored partnerships.
We offer a competitive base salary of £50,000, uncapped commissions, and a range of benefits, including Apple devices for work and stock options after 12 months. As a remote-first company, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you're available during UK business hours.
Main Responsibilities:
