Job Summary The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) department is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to create a good customer experience for all our clients by deploying campaigns of the brands across different communication channels.
A day in the life of... Work closely with our brands to design email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategies. Create HTML content based on templates, making revisions and corrections when necessary. Implement database segmentation on email marketing tools. Design customer journeys according to brand guidelines. Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability. Monitor campaigns and generate KPI reports. Ensure campaign deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPIs. Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders. What will make you successful Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management, or similar. Experience with any Email Marketing tool (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio). Knowledge of HTML or CSS. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods. Good analytical skills. Knowledge of Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (a plus). Passion for the Digital Marketing field. What we offer Development of expertise in Nestlé Sa's Shared Services Business.
