Customer Service Host Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Host to join our team at Digital Outsource Services. As a Customer Service Host, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our international clients and their businesses.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the online gaming industry and experience the latest technology and innovation. Our customer service teams comprise of specialist hosts who understand the customers' needs in context of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats in Spanish
  • Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Process pertinent information into relevant databases
  • Complete tasks assigned during shift
  • Build and manage customer relationships, as well as cross-sell products and services
  • Solve problems during shift
  • Handle and take full responsibility for customer-related queries
  • Manage time effectively and adhere to schedule
  • Perform extra tasks given by managers/shift supervisors as required
Requirements
  • Spanish first language with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid work/residence permit for Cape Town, South Africa or Lisbon, Portugal
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively (read, write, and speak fluently)
  • Available for 24/7 shift rotations
  • Completed high school qualification
  • 2 years' work experience post-qualification
