Job Description

As an Italian Customer Advisor at Apply2Day, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building relations of trust through open and interactive communication.

You will also provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools, keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, and file documents. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies is essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Native or near-native Italian language (C1-C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
