Operations Manager for Tobacco Industry

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of Team Leaders in the Tobacco industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating, training, and developing the team, as well as coaching Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Team Leaders and provide them with training and support
  • Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and client
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the correct implementation of standard processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Native/near native German speakers
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
  • Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders
  • Strong experience in people management, development, and coaching
  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus
