Procurement Administrator Position with Global Reach

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team at Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes and supporting the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of work experience in administration tasks, knowledge of Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in French and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities include managing supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other procurement tools, ensuring regular two-way communication with strategic buyers & data management group, and contributing to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process.

In this role, you will be expected to deliver high-quality results while working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
