**Job Summary:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading e-bike brand in the German market as a Technical Support Advisor. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve issues efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage incoming queries and provide technical support to resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information to ensure effective query resolution.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
  • Record data elements in CRM to provide qualitative support.

**Requirements:**

  • Native level of German and fluency in English.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support.
  • Interest in learning and willingness to operate in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer and quality-oriented mindset.
