We are looking for an Engineering Specialist with necessary technical background in the network environment, to carry out cross-country network improvement projects and support technical RUN team.

**Helpdesk and Service Desk Specialist - **Miraflores**
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
- Strong experience HelpDesk / End-User ;
- Strong experience in IT Solution provider;
- Knowledge of Azure Servers environment;
- Knowledge of IT network;
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Teamwork skills;
- Must be available to work overnight;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
