**Your Role at Otovo**:
As Partnerships Manager for Southern Europe, you will play a key role in expanding Otovo’s partner ecosystem in Italy, Portugal and Spain. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic B2B partnerships that drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and help us scale solar adoption in the region.

This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams as part of the Marketing & Partnerships team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Partner Recruitment and Onboarding**
Map, identify and engage potential partners across key industries in markets of responsibility. Clearly pitch Otovo's value proposition to potential partners in a compelling way. Ensure partner-facing materials, pitches, and processes are adapted to the cultural and regulatory context of each country. Own partner onboarding end-to-end, with a focus on early engagement and conversion.

Account Management & Retention**
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their performance and satisfaction. Track KPIs and optimise the partner portfolio across markets based on measurable impact, ultimately meeting and exceeding goals of partnerships’ contribution to the business.

Collaboration and Enablement**
Partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to maximise the impact of partnerships, incl. via lead volume boosts and amplification of Otovo campaigns. Pitch, plan and execute joint initiatives with partners including events, campaigns, and content collaborations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree ideally in business administration or related field.
- A proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, sales, account management or similar roles.
- Strategic thinker and strong communicator — you’re equally comfortable identifying and cold-pitching a potential partner and analysing partner ROI.
- Language skills: ready for confident business communication in at least two of the following three languages: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese. Must be fluent in English.
