As a **Customer Advisor**, you will assist French-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance—ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Offering the most appropriate information and solutions aligned with customer queries
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
- Document interactions and track cases to resolution

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **Base salary: 1044 € gross x 12 months**(or 900 € gross x 14 months) - you choose the payment schedule
- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month,
- **20€ -Transport allowance**:

- **166€ gross - EXTRA PROJECT BONUS**(part of a **total of €2,000 gross paid monthly**during the first year of contract)
