We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant to join our Porto team**.

This will be a full time job and will require working 2 weekends per month:

- Weekend 1 - 7am-3:30pm
- Weekend 2 - 1:30pm-10pm
- Weekdays - 12pm-8.30pm

The weeks in which the weekend is worked, there will be 2 weekdays off.
Key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Data entry and cross checking
- General office duties
- Schedule shifts for temporary jobs and contractors
- Call clients and locums
- Follow established procedures consistently for all administrative tasks and projects

The successful applicant should be:

- Fast learning
- Computer proficient, preferably in excel
- Self-motivated
- Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Excellent customer care skills
- Confident and have a polite telephone manner
- Accurate and have attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to delegate
- Previous administrative experience
**- Excellent level of English**

Salary is negotiable according to experience.

**Salary**: 800.00€ - 1,000.00€ per month
