The Administrative Assistant - Legal is the person that will assist our Contracts Manager to ensure the high standard of organization at OLR. This includes assisting with document auditing and filing. This role is a temporary need due to the ISO 270001K certification, it’s a **fixed-term 3 months contract with possibility of extension.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Daily record keeping with electronic filing of documents.
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
- Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Prepare and format reports.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient of MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and collaboration tools like Teams

**Education and Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience with similar roles (experience with contracts is a plus)
