We are growing fast with the ambition to become even more relevant for the worldwide activity, which presents many short and long-term opportunities. **Your Main Activities Are** - Help the Head of Platform to monitor the activity by making sure that Key Performance Indicators linked to the Front Office activity are produced; - Prepare regular reports measuring the performance of Business in various area - Proof of concept data projects with innovative methods or tools. - Analyze data, engage with data owner and make sure to build the right data model - Create Tableau / Power BI reports and when necessary enhance the data source by implementing the require Python Dev - Recommend ways to efficiently provide quality data. - Work with Data and Analytics team in order to effectively deliver comprehensive Data source **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor/Master in Data Analytics, Management Information, Business with strong focus on data, reporting and/or accounting - Perfect fluency in English - Knowledge of Tableau or power BI is big plus - Knowledge with Python is a plus - Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form (in English) - Strong organization skills - Knowledge and interest in financial markets are a plus - Very strong attention to details - Autonomous, capable of initiatives, fast-learner, pro-active - Team work and collaborative mind-set **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
