**Your Role**:
Great companies come from great people. As a German-speaking Customer Advisor for one of the greatest social platforms, you will help people build stronger communities.Your goal is to support customers in your language.

**This in your new job in Lisbon if**:

- Excellent communication skills in German and fluent in English (oral and written)
- You are passionate about online advertising and new technologies
- You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn new computer software programs and customer care techniques
- You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week in rotating shifts

**Your day-to-day at work**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction, representing one of the world’s most recognizable companies
- Assist German clients as a Customer Delight Representative, providing your portfolio of clients with the best possible support
- Provide pre
- and post-sales support for all self-service products
- Provide product and tool support to improve customers’ experience
- Identify trends and solve problems
- Give feedback from customers to the engineering department
