Global and decentralised, SingularityNET works with a team of c.a. 100 talented scientists, engineers and operational experts, working either remotely or in hubs of excellence worldwide. What we are looking for: The business & financial analyst will work as part of the Financial team to assist with regards to various tasks. This full-time position reports to the CFO. The Controller will assist the organization to perform financial book-keeping, control and analysis, help developing financial planning processes, design and implement overall financial business plans and support the development of projects and businesses. **Responsibilities**: In order to support the organization’s finance and business functions, the Controller will perform different tasks. He/She/It will also be part of the accounting team to assist in managing accounting records, completing regular financial reporting and accounts. Manage and develop business and financial plans and analysis. Manage, create and perform budgets and assist in key financial reports. Manage and assist on budget and financial statements creation. Provide financial analysis and forecasting to design and oversee the execution of the budgets. Ensure compliance. Monitor and support new start-ups. Analyse new business in the crypto sector and controlling. **Skills**:Responsible for both controlling, the Financial Controller must possess both strong quantitative abilities (accounting, reporting analysis) and excellent written and oral communication skills. Core skills: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent Showing a previous finance, accounting and controlling experience ( >5 years) Demonstrating management skills Professional qualifications. Advanced skills (Desirable): Possessing a Master and/or other equivalent degrees Having experience in Private Equity or investment funds or in multinational firms Some experience in the technology sector Knowledge of Crypto currency market and operations Experience in managing projects and start-ups Industry-specific financial experience Proficiency in a second language.
