Service Manager for Cloud Connectivity Service

The Cloud Connectivity Service is focused on further developing our partner's WAN portfolio.
This service ensures comprehensive responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements, including cost control, process definition, stakeholder collaboration, performance monitoring, and strategy development to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Further develop the WAN portfolio with a focus on Cloud Network connectivity.
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity.
- o Control costs on service elements.o Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design.o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements.o Monitor and analyze service performance, initiating measures to resolve issues.o Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.o Lead projects to introduce new technologies and solutions in the network environment.RequirementsA skillset and experience covering:
- Several years of professional experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures.
- Implementation of a cloud connectivity solution with proactive management by a provider.
- Extensive knowledge in SDN (Software Defined Networking), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cloud network connectivity solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in one of the above-mentioned areas (WAN, Cloud Network connectivity).
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Good negotiation skills.
- Business-fluent in the English language (speaking and writing)
- Hybrid Role in Lisbon (1 time per week in the office)
