A multinational company based in **Lisbon** is looking for a **Technical** **Customer Support Representative/Technical advisor** to join their team for greatest **Search Engine software **in the world.

As a Technical customer advisor, you will help your customers, answering various questions, and turn their issues into a very good experience.
**Your missions**
- Provide assistance over different channels as phone, chat, mail or social media
- Ability to help the customer with generic experience and technical issues
- Reply accurately to the queries
- Provide relevant and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Adapt your reply to the type of client and situation
- Find the correct solution in a timely way
**Requirements**:
- Experience in technical support would be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Technical and analytic skills
- Great attention to details
- Organized, multi-task and problem-solving skills
