**Italian-speaking Customer Support - Post-Sales | Remote in Portugal | Start: 31st July**

Are you fluent in Italian and living in mainland Portugal? Would you like to work from home while supporting customers of one of the world’s most innovative tech companies? We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join a post-sales support project.

**No previous experience required - full training provided**
**Remote work from anywhere in mainland Portugal**

**About the Project**
Our client is a premium smartphone and accessories brand known for innovation and high-quality design. This is your chance to join a multicultural team that values creativity, customer satisfaction and professional growth.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with post-sales matters such as deliveries, returns, and warranty questions
- Providing non-aggressive inbound sales support to increase satisfaction and revenue
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their requests
- Accurately recording interactions in the CRM system

**What we offer**:

- **Base salary: €1,024 gross per month x 14 months**(equivalent to €1,194 gross x 12 months)
- **Performance bonus: up to €225 gross per month**:

- **Meal allowance**:€7.23 net/day via voucher card (approx. €145 net/month)
- **Transport allowance**:€20 gross per month
- **Project Bonus: €2,000 gross paid in four instalments**(€500 after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th month)

**Your annual compensation ranges from €19,250 to €22,950**, including approximately €1,740 net in meal allowance (voucher card).

**Additional benefits**:

- Fixed-term, renewable full-time contract (6 months under Portuguese law)
- **40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 19:00** (Sunday off plus one rotational day off)

**Requirements**:

- **Italian language at minimum C2 level**:

- **Communicative English (minimum B2 level)**:

- Based in mainland Portugal (or being ready to relocate to Lisbon)
- **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit**:

- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay: 1,189.00€ - 1,414.00€ per month
