**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Support of all customers’ requests in Italian by phone, chat and social media**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador
- Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1000€ gross x 14 months**(it's equivalent of **1166€ x 12 months)** -base salary
- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
- **plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS - total of €2000 gross**(€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month)
