Then come and join our global team as Team Lead P58 Training Academy to support and facilitate Sales & Service organizations through conceptual design, development and implementation of tailored learning experiences for our fast-growing P58 Community.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will lead an international diverse team (spread around the globe)
- with clear strategic focus on „continuous learning“ in a fast changing environment
- You define and continuously develop state of the art training concepts as well as our education portfolio
- You prepare and maintain training material to provide multifold training experience forend-users (e.g. WBT, Simulations, Self-directed learning compendium, Virtual trainings,on-site trainings, delta trainings) for both: P58 live-countries and deployment
- You ensure training material consistency and alignment with BusinessProcess/Governance Owners of Order to Cash, Customer Service and Finance/AC
- You coordinate trainings and training needs according to our global P58 deployment timeline
- You enable Zone Key Users, Local Key Users, Local Deployment Teams for smoothdeployment & operations
- You drive role specific content management for SkillUp and Learn4you as basis forcertification procedures

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have successfully completed a business degree, preferably in BusinessAdministration, Education and/or Psychology
- You have longtime professional experience in the fi eld of education and showedsuccessful cross-organizational collaboration and change management
- You are experienced in leading a diverse global team
- You are very customer oriented and passionate for education
- You have an extensive process know-how and experience in the areas of education,learning management and training development
- You successfully practiced the analysis of complex relationships, including translationinto meaningful representations
