**About NBS**:
NBS provides services to the business groups to help us maintain economies of scale, reduce bureaucracy, increase flexibility, and create more value and impact for the business. Initially, NBS will focus on providing People, Finance, Sales and Corporate related services to the business groups and corporate functions. They will be able to request programs and services based on their business needs with NBS designing and offering services as required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Curriculum Development**:Designing comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards and organizational needs, covering a range of technologies and skill levels.
- ** Instructional Delivery**: Delivering engaging and effective training sessions, whether in-person or virtually, to ensure participants gain practical knowledge and skills applicable to their roles.
- ** Certification Management**:Facilitating the certification process, including exam preparation, scheduling exams, and tracking certification progress for individuals and the team as a whole.
- ** Skill Assessment**:Conducting regular assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that training initiatives meet evolving technological demands.
- ** Continuous Learning Support**: Providing ongoing resources and support for employees to continue their learning journey, including access to relevant materials, workshops, and mentoring opportunities.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology training needs and communicating updates and successes within the organization to promote the value of the training program.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- The head of the Technology training and certifications team requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively oversee the team and drive the training initiatives forward. Here are some key skills:

- ** Training and Instructional Design**: Proficiency in designing and delivering effective training programs, including curriculum development, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- ** Certification Management**: Experience managing certification processes, including exam preparation, scheduling, and tracking, as well as familiarity with various certification programs relevant to the industry.
- ** Leadership and Team Management**:Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and provide guidance and support for professional development.
- ** Project Management**: Ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor training initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting organizational objectives.
- ** Communication and Stakeholder Management**: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, as well as to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and align training programs accordingly.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:Capability to analyze training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the overall quality and impact of training initiatives.
- ** Adaptability and Innovation**: Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and learning trends, as well as to innovate and incorporate new approaches and tools to continuously improve training outcomes.
