**Função**:

- Criar, desenvolver e implementar estratégias omnicanais de marketing e comunicação direcionadas às necessidades locais e alinhadas com os objetivos globais da Decathlon
- Promover o reconhecimento e a consistência da identidade da marca em todos os canais, aplicando as guidelines da marca nas diferentes plataformas
- Garantir que as mensagens de marketing estão alinhadas com as características dos utilizadores locais, baseando-se em insights de clientes e numa abordagem baseada em dados
- Coordenar todas as atividades de marketing, incluindo publicidade, relações públicas, branding, medias sociais e marketing digital
- Analisar métricas de desempenho e ajustar as estratégias conforme necessário para alcançar os objetivos definidos
- Manter-se atualizado/a sobre as tendências e as melhores práticas de marketing, cliente, digital e tecnologia, identificar novas ferramentas que possam apoiar e melhorar as soluções de marketing da empresa
- Liderar e desenvolver a equipa de marketing e comunicação

**Perfil**:

- Experiência comprovada como Head of Marketing ou numa função de liderança semelhante, com conhecimento do mercado português
- Experiência em desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de marketing e comunicação
- Experiência em modelos de operação, organização e negócios omnicanal, com foco em estratégias de branding, retenção e aquisição
- Excelente capacidade de liderança, capacidade de motivar e gerir equipas
- Capacidade de promover a mudança e criar ligação entre diferentes stakeholders e iniciativas
- Forte capacidade analítica e capacidade para tomar decisões informadas com base em dados
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, fluente em inglês falado e escrito
- Gosto por desporto, sentido cliente, visão estratégica e paixão pela inovação e tendências digitais.
