You will be part of the Charging business line of Business Applications that focuses on how CSPs and enterprises can unlock the value of their network investments through flexible, cloud-native monetization tools. You will be a part of the leadership team that establishes Nokia as the market leader in the Charging subsegment of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) specializing in 5G Converged Charging, Charging-as-a-Service and 5G Slice and Edge Charging targeting CSP and enterprise markets.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As Head of Product Introduction in the Charging business line, you will lead a team of dedicated product experts in close collaboration with PLM, Architects, Engineering and market teams responsible for the introduction of new products and capabilities. You will be responsible for turning capabilities into use cases and products into compelling demos and Proof of Concepts that are key to turning opportunities into business.

In this role you will be expected to:

- Lead new products and solutions introduction in partnership with other BL stakeholders and external teams
- Own the experience lifecycle of new products and capabilities from demo to PoC to sale
- Deploy, maintain, capitalize on live demo systems with latest product releases for internal and external consumption, including enabling other users
- Develop an evergreen catalogue of compelling use case demos
- Develop independent delivery capability for Proof of Concepts for key customer cases
- Establish the Product Introduction team as a dependable cross-functional and cross-organization partner
- Drive market driven feedback to Engineering, Services and Care
- This role requires a leader who empowers experts and removes roadblocks to close a sale.
- Serve on the overall Business Line management team and contribute to business planning and continual P&L improvement.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 10 + years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, with deep understanding of B/OSS systems
- Build and be part of a team of world class experts that works in an agile, can-do mode and thrives on problem-solving, curiosity and constant capability development
- Experience driving strategic product initiatives, influencing and aligning external stakeholders to a strategic vision and execution plan, through the power of your vision and approach to achieving the team’s goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
