**Customer Service Advisor (M/F/d)**
Porto (Maia), Portugal (req9149)
**What you will enjoy doing**
- Further you will be ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
- In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)
**What makes you great**
- Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
- You speak the language required in the specific market (native or C2: Dutch, French, Portuguese or Spanish) and english level B1 (preferred)
- SAP / ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this role
- You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred

**This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs. We offer you free hot drinks and water, as well as free fruits and a happiness committee.**
