**Your responsabilities**:

- **Solve issues**with accounts, logins, payments, and tech problems.
- **Guide users**through the platform and betting features.
- **Handle questions**and complaints professionally.
- **Ensure a smooth experience**by providing clear solutions.

**Our expectations**:

- You speak **French** in proficiency
- Intermediate **English** level (at least B1-B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- **You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team**

**Main duties**:

- **Start date: 14.08**:

- Working schedule : Monday-Sunday: 8:00-23:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (free after 6 months of the contract)
- **Work in our modern office in Lisbon Oriente -**_**Parque**_ **das**_**Nações**_
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
- Recruitment & hiring process is 100% online

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- €**895€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year**:

- **up to 80€** gross monthly project bonus
- 20€ /month - Transport allowance
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- **Signing bonus: €2000 (**€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)

**Relocation package**:

- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
