Empresa de serviços do setor Ambiental pretende recrutar um Técnico Generalista de Recursos Humanos para integrar a sua estrutura.
A sua nova função
Com reporte à direção de Recursos Humanos, será responsável pelas seguintes tarefas:
Recrutamento e seleção especializado;
Onboarding;
Desenvolver iniciativas de atração e retenção de talento;
Identificar necessidades de formação e implementar o plano (interno e externo);
Elaborar reportings de gestão e controlo das atividades;
Colaborar no desenvolvimento de políticas de RH;
Comunicação interna.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Procuramos um profissional com formação académica nas áreas de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou similar, com experiência na função e com excelentes capacidades de comunicação (oral e escrita) em inglês. Será valorizada experiência em consultoria de R&S e em gestão da formação.
