- Deliver professional customer service in both Dutch and English
- Support customers both pre
- and post-sales for self-service products
- Assist users with tools and products to improve overall customer experience
- Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Dutch (C2) and good English (B2 minimum)
- Willingness to relocate abroad
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
- European Citizenship or Residence Card for Portugal

**Recruitment Process**
- Phone interview with Workster recruiter
- Online language test (Dutch and English)
- Interview with the HR company
- Final interview with the client
