**German Customer Care Representative based in Portugal**:

**✨ Your Profile**
- You are fluent in German.
- You are proficient in English (B2).
- You are passionate about the hotel industry.
- You are able to work on rotating shifts.
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are customer focused.

** Your responsibilities**
- Be the bridge between the hotels and the suppliers providing information, offering support and solving B2B complaints.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
