We are seeking an CRM Data Analyst to join our team at Sunrise, with a specific focus on conducting analysis of marketing campaigns and deriving insights for commercial activities within Customer Lifetime Management (CLM) area. Customer Lifetime Management is based within the Marketing business unit and responsible for all existing (base) customers.
**The challenge**
The team is looking for a for someone who is excited by a data analyst role with real impact, influencing both what is being worked on and how.
As an exceptional analyst and advisor, you will count as your regular audience CLM leadership team and Marketing Manager. You will be able to use your business acumen, technical prowess, and communication skills to identify and quantify opportunities for initiatives, as well as report on progress and success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs, define key performance indicators and monitor performance and
- Create scalable visualizations and reporting solutions that are actionable and drive business decisions
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of data used in analysis and visualizations
- Identify root causes, trends and patterns in data to inform high impact decisions
- Extract actionable insights from large data sets using statistical methods and tools
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Provide business stakeholders with basic customer or product count numbers
- Build documentation and training to help stakeholders self-serve and up-skill on data/insights related needs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics; or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience as a web analyst, data analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools; Google Analytics and Looker a plus
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods/tools and desire to pursue/evangelize a data-driven, rational problem-solving approach
- Excellent analytical and business skills and experience in refining solutions jointly with stakeholders
- Extraordinary motivation and ability to plan and deliver projects reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and oral English
**Salary**: 24,000.00€ - 28,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
