**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, execute and implement the content strategy for Bomporto Hotels, ensuring it reflects our voice and identity.
- Create engaging content for B2B and B2C newsletters that highlight offers, events, and brand stories.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and implement changes to maximise engagement and reach.
- Write, manage and continuously refine content based on guest feedback, revenue team insights and performance metrics.
- Manage the content calendar across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative assets.
- Guide and support the Marketing Assistant with content tasks, providing feedback to ensure consistent quality.
- Prioritise tasks and manage resources efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and content management
- Hospitality branding experience (preferred)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools (e.g., Meta)
