**About This Job**:
The Rejected Booking Specialist's primary responsibility is to increase the efficiency of the US cruise department by working on rejected US cruise bookings, making sure internal and external policies are followed. The purpose of this function is to minimize the number of rejected cruise bookings that might result in customer's dissatisfactions and company payouts. Working hours according to US working hours: 3.30pm (LIS) to 12am (LIS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit and control of rejected cruise bookings
- Making necessary changes such as name, sailing itinerary or travel dates.
- Payments with cruise lines and insurers
- Controlling payment discrepancies and amending them in a timely manner in accordance with cruise line invoices.
- Updating reservations on different platforms
- Working with bookings agents on final payment due dates, cc details and deposits.
- Working with cruise leadership on correct sign offs.
- Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned
- Identify and communicate trends along with possible solutions that will reduce rejected bookings to Cruise and RPC leadership
- Ability to prioritize work and proceed accordingly to achieve the department goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Arrivia, within back-office area or cruise sales
- Fluent English

**Remote Work Requirements**:

- Must be a currently supported version of **PC**, or Laptop (**NO** Chrome Book or Tablets permitted)
- **Windows 10** or **MAC High Sierra or Mojave**:

- CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
- RAM: 4 GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 500gb with 250MB free space
- **Internet** with 30Mbps Upload and 30Mbps Download for VoIP (Ethernet connection is a must)
- **Headset** USB with Noise Canceling, similar to Plantronics C3220 or Jabra ENC010
- **USB Camera** or in-Built laptop camera
