**Your Role**:
**We are looking for motivated professionals with experience Project and Change Management to join our teams in Porto for a project in the Industry sector.
**Your Mission
- **Product Change Control for new product development projects;**:

- **End-to-end ECM portfolio reporting & analyzing status to give the ability to act upon current design readiness on product level;**:

- **Ensuring all changes to configuration items for the global BoMs are planned, controlled and tracked to support in executing flawlessly towards product ramp-ups;**:

- **Monitor current level of Configuration Management disciplines;**:

- **Collect and synthesize data from each area and provide status updates to senior project managers;**:

- **Ensure changes are made with the right quality and at the right time, and that all changes are properly documented;**:

- **Maintain a comprehensive portfolio overview of changes;**:

- **Manage product change control processes.**

**Your Profile**:
- **Academic background in Industrial, Production Engineering, Management or similar;**:

- **+2 years of experience in Project Management roles;**:

- **Experience /Knowledge of Change Management and Product Configuration;**:

- **Experience in project and/or portfolio management;**:

- **Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) principles;**:

- **Experience /Knowledge of Change Management and Product Configuration;**:

- **Good level of understanding of data analysis;**:

- **Solid stakeholder management and reporting skills;**:

- **Fluent English is mandatory;**:

- **Collaborative and teamwork skills.**
