**Summary of responbilities**:

- Support the Global Health Services Manager and site management to meet legal requirements and company standards & policies.
- Be the health specialist for the Portuguese sites
- Be responsible to deliver technical, administrative, and clinical support in the deployment & execution of the health strategies and standards for the local company, in the areas of Occupational Health, Mental Wellbeing, Wellness & Health Promotion.
- Be the local coordinator between all the service providers (Occupational Health, Health & Wellbeing) ensuring excellence in the service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Health metrics, Key Performance Indicators and other.
- Actively participate in the creation of the site’s yearly communication plan.
- Work in a multifunctional, cross-sector & cross-country team.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- A mínimal a bachelor’s degree in nursing. (enfermeira)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the area and in a multinational environment.
- A very good knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health legislation.
- The ability to work in a high-performing work environment.
- You take ownership, you are perseverant, and results driven.
- You collaborate with local business units and other supporting functions in country.
- You have good organization & planning skills, being able to manage the complexity of a very dynamic work environment.
- You have the ability to interact professionally and influence site managers & employees to adopt the healthiest behaviors.
- You have good language skills, fluent English and Spanish (preferably).
- You have good skills and affinity in using IT systems and familiar with Microsoft office programs.
