The Administrative Assistant performs all the necessary administrative functions, providing support to colleagues and or heads of the different departments of 4TE.

**In this role you'll get to**:

- Provide administrative support to designated staff members, in all areas
- Provide specific administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Provide specific administrative support to Financial Department, particularly in the Purchase area
- Assist in the preparation of resources/materials for training, meetings, and seminars
- Maintain and update the filing system (entry records and data archiving)
- Mailing management and phone calls
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Support the organization of internal and external events
- Office Management (ordering supplies, support, and maintenance of the space)
- Stock control and registration of computer equipment (keep up-to-date database)

**We're looking for people who**:

- +1 year of administrative experience
- +1 year of experience in the company’s activities
