Service Manager
**Perfil**:
- Must have experience across all ITSM modules (Incident (2nd level support), Change, Problem, Service Request, CMDB and Knowledge Management);
- Strong understanding and experience with leading ITSM/ITOM platform BMC ITSM Helix & Digital Workspace);
- Should have experience in performing data analysis, data migration and importing/exporting data in the platform;
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, AJAX, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, basics of Databases;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life cycle;
- English language.
