**Perfil**:
We are looking for Incident Manager to integrate a project in Lisbon.
- Degree/Diploma holder from a University. Technical Degree an advantage;
- Good client facing skills;
- Communication in multi cultural/complex environments Good understanding of how service delivery functions and its impact on customer satisfaction;
- Possess an ITIL® v3 Foundations or ITIL® 4 Foundations or a higher;
- Incident Management Process knowledge;
- Having knowledge of MS Office;
- Proactive, collaborative and leading;
- Experience managing services against SLAs.
