Partnerships and Events Manager

**ROLE**:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with potential partners to create mutually beneficial relationships and explore co-marketing opportunities.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including but not limited to trade shows, sponsorships, and industry conferences.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event evaluations.
Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and maximizing partnership value.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to align strategies and execute joint initiatives.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and events, providing insights to optimize outcomes and ROI.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of partnership activities and events.
Innovative Initiatives:
- Explore innovative partnership opportunities and event concepts to expand brand visibility and market reach.
- Initiate creative collaborations and unique event concepts to enhance brand positioning and engagement.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership and event strategies into overall marketing plans.
- Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in partnership management, event planning, or a similar role within the marketing sphere.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster productive partnerships and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to measure and analyze partnership performance and event success.
- Proficiency in event management tools, CRM systems, and relevant software is advantageous.
