Junior Master Data Analyst

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Master Data Analyst - Logistics (temporary job - maternity leave cover) to integrate the Operating System & Metrics (OSM) department of Logoplaste.

Job Summary
Provides assurance on the compliance of the company’s logistics policies and processes. Performs analysis and evaluate business data. Gives support on the Master Data management process. Works closely with the plant teams, providing training and support on all master data and other logistic related processes.
Key tasks & Activities
- Reviews and manages all master data requests for Logoplaste plants
- Liaises with all relevant departments and all levels of the organization as well as external entities (where necessary) to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the Master Data at Logoplaste
- Evaluates the integrity and completeness of the data in Logoplaste’s ERP (SAP)
- Evaluates compliance and provides training and support to ensure better understanding of the corporate policies and procedures
- Works closely with other team members to update and improve Logoplaste Logistic Corporate Processes and best practices
- Collaborates with the team with studies (ad-hoc and routine)
- Understands and compiles industrial metrics and contribute toward helping the business units improve their KPIs results
- Performs any other duty as may be assigned by team manager
Who we are looking for
Background and Experience
- Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration/ Management
- Experience in an equivalent function is an advantage
- Previous contact with industrial/manufacturing environment
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Experience working with SAP
- Advanced Level of Excel knowledge (mandatory)
- Power BI or other BI software knowledge (preferred)
Interpersonal Skills
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive attitude and able to work with low guidance
- Good self-confidence/profile balance
- Team player
- Adaptability
