Team Leader with French

Our partner is one of the leading providers of customer experience solutions, innovations, and technologies. They are currently looking for a **Team Leader with French** to support their expanding team. The person in this role will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team, ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality results that support the overall customer experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Implement ongoing monitoring and proactive measures to manage absenteeism and attrition within the team, ensuring return-to-work interviews are conducted as required;
- Oversee KPIs, absenteeism, attrition, and ensure corrective actions are taken; conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and coaching sessions;
- Offer clear direction, mentoring, and floor-walking support to help the team achieve key performance metrics and build autonomy;
- Recognize achievements, promote career growth, and provide skill development opportunities to drive engagement and loyalty;
- Foster a collaborative environment with honest two-way communication, encourage feedback, and implement actions from satisfaction surveys;
- Monitor calls, handle escalations, approve high-value actions per policy, and support adherence to Airbnb’s workflows and terms;
- Communicate client and campaign updates to operations, and take action to improve client satisfaction and service quality;

**Job requirements**:

- Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills;
- Minimum - 2/3-year college degree **or**directly related work experience;
- Fluency in French (C1);
- Very good level of English (B2/C1);
- Computer literacy;
