We’re seeking a **motivated and experienced French-speaking Team Leader** to guide our Contact Center team and ensure excellence in performance, quality, and engagement.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily performance of your call center team, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback sessions.
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement effective action plans.
- Ensure customer service delivery consistently meets contractual and financial expectations.
- Clearly communicate goals, updates, and performance insights to your team.
- Support with complex or escalated customer issues when needed.
- Organize and lead team meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Keep current with company processes, compliance requirements, and internal training programs.
- Demonstrate company values through your behavior and leadership style, acting as a role model for your team.

**Profile We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent in French (C1 level or above)** with a strong command of **English**.
- Associate’s degree or higher, ideally with **2-4 years of experience** leading teams in customer service or similar environments.
- Proven track record of **coaching and motivating teams** to reach performance goals.
- Excellent **communication, organizational, and interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and stay composed under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and operational needs.
