**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy & Planning**: Contribute to the development and refinement of Sweatcoin’s CRM strategy, focusing on increasing activation, engagement, and retention while preventing churn.
- **Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and optimize one-off and recurring campaigns, including copywriting, design briefing, implementation, and performance reporting.
- **Lifecycle Optimization**: Map and improve the lifecycle journey, enhancing triggers, targeting, and content for different user segments.
- **Automation & Workflows**: Design and implement automated workflows and triggers to elevate the customer experience using a data-driven approach.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with data analysts to test, learn, and iterate on campaigns, and work with product managers to launch features that drive KPIs.
- **Segmentation & Personalization**: Identify opportunities to segment audiences and personalize content based on user behaviors and preferences.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient with CRM platforms like Braze, Hubspot, Iterable, or MoEngage, and adept at creating workflows and troubleshooting automation.
- **Analytical Skills**:Numerically proficient with tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau, and experienced in crafting hypotheses and running experiments.
- **Cross-team Collaboration**: Proven experience working with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
- **Strategic & Proactive**:Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to owning and driving projects.
