To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based CRM & Lifecycle Associate to execute and optimise our customer journeys, manage campaign builds, and keep our performance marketing operations running smoothly.
**Your Mission**:
Be the operational backbone for paid-media pacing, Bloomreach builds and day-to-day SEA and customer lifecycle tasks.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Bloomreach execution - Build, test and schedule automations and ad-hoc campaigns; maintain list hygiene and run A/B tests.
- Paid-media ops - Traffic creatives, launch/pause ad sets, pull daily pacing and anomaly reports.
- SEO implementation - Update on-page tags, titles and internal links; monitor keyword rankings and surface quick wins.
- Continuous improvement - Deliver weekly ops insights to the Manager and suggest optimisation tweaks.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years in performance, CRM or growth operations.
- Hands-on with any ESP or MA tool; Bloomreach a strong plus.
- Comfortable in ad-platform dashboards and spreadsheets; basic HTML/meta-tag know-how.
- Meticulous about UTMs, naming conventions and deadlines.
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn advanced analytics.
