**Job Ad: Bilingual Part-Time Assistant (English/Portuguese)**

**Position**: Part-Time Personal & Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Hybrid (with flexibility for timezone alignment)
**Hours**: 20 hours/week (Flexible schedule, some availability during European business hours preferred)
**Compensation**: €7 per hour starting (Freelance/Contract basis)

**About the Role**

Support a busy venture capitalist/entrepreneur with a mix of professional tasks and light household management. This role is ideal for a **detail-oriented, tech-savvy organizer** fluent in **English and Portuguese** who thrives in dynamic environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Professional Support (Remote)**:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings (across time zones), and book travel.
Assist with research, data entry, and ad-hoc projects.
Coordinate with business contacts professionally.

**Personal/Household Support (Remote)**:
Schedule personal appointments (doctors, family activities).
Research/book services (housekeeping, repairs), manage vendor communications.
Organize travel itineraries, reservations, and family logistics.
Handle online shopping, bill payments, and light errand coordination.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English & Portuguese** (written/spoken).
- 1-2+ years in admin support, virtual assistance, or customer service.
- **Tech Skills**: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), Microsoft Office, Zoom.
- **Reliable internet connection** and quiet workspace.
- Proactive, discreet, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Students, freelancers, or stay-at-home parents seeking flexible work.
- Comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks.
- Trustworthy with confidential information.
- Basic understanding of venture capital/startups is a **plus** (not required).
