We are looking for a **Finance and Administrative Assistant **to join our dynamic Company based in the heart of Lisbon on part-time or full-time basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with financial expertise, critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in payroll processing and other office administrative tasks;
- Serve as point person for office issues;
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office;
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
- Answer incoming calls professionally;
- Organize, classify, and post all Cashflow documents accurately;
- Support monthly and yearly accounting closing processes;
- Maintain control over treasury activities and perform bank reconciliations;
- Assist in managing customer collections;
- Create documents and procedures to support the team when needed;
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information, minimizing errors.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles and activities;
- Prior office management experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of payroll, treasury, and accounting practices is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken Portuguese communication skills;
- Energetic, friendly, and positive-minded;
- Readiness to work from the office.
