Your Profile:

- Your first language is French and you are fluent in English (C1).
- Previous experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus.
- You are compassionate and have active listening skills.
- You are flexible and resilient.
- Experience with computer office tools.
- You are patient and enjoy helping others.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot client queries.
- Team player who is tech savvy and able to multitask.

Your Responsibilities:

- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries.
- Provide top quality customer service experience for clients.
- Help customers through the process of planning, installing and maintaining products and services.
